All Heart and Soul is staffed by support coordinators with extensive experience within disability services in New Jersey.  Melissa Soules, the 2018 Arc of NJ Professional of the Year, is the mentor Support Coordinator who trains and supervises all of our staff.

Our approach is simple.......from day one we are a part of your team.  We take your dreams, create a plan to achieve them and put "all our heart and soul" into making them a reality.  

Our dedicated staff have all made a career in creating opportunities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to become fully integrated into their communities achieving their dreams and living their fullest lives.
